I am so excited for my Mariquita Mystery veggie pick up tomorrow. I haven't been able to cook for about 2 weeks. I have been on vacation and in homes where the Mommas rule the kitchen. The food has been fantastic but I love to cook too.
I wonder what I will get tomorrow. I love the mystery aspect. And then if I am missing a few items wham Saturday and Sundays farmer's markets are just around the corner! Or if I can't wait off to Noriega Produce, or Dimitri's as we call it. He has the best organic produce and often times beats the prices of the farmer's market. I have really enjoyed the San Rafael Farmer's market as of late. It is a bit of a drive but that goes by when you are chatting with your friend. I might even get a carpool together for it, as a few of us seem to go. I think I will buy more goat from Marin Suns. I really like it and not only is it healthy, but also better for the environment than say beef.
Yeah food!
